How do I return my order?


Returns or exchanges will be accepted when: 1. The garments are returned to the original purchase location within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. Proof of purchase in the form of the ISLA AUSTRALIA transactional receipt or invoice is provided; and
3. the items are in their original condition, meaning that:
* All tags are still intact;
* The items are in their original packaging; and
* The items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed.
4. At ISLA AUSTRALIA we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times, however, if you have purchased an item from us and you believe it is faulty, we will refund you or change your garment.
5. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, full-priced items can be exchanged or a credit note can be issued within 7 days of purchase on our online shop (proof of purchase in receipt form is required). Return Procedure 1. Send us an email to islaaustraliacontact@gmail.com including your name, proof of purchase as receipt or invoice and pictures of the garment.
2. Once your request has been approved by our team, you will receive an email with your return information.

How can I ask for help with my order?

Where does my tracking information come from?


Once your parcel has been dispatched and picked up by the courier, an email will be sent to you from the courier company (Australia Post) and you will be provided with a link and a tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel. If you have not received your tracking number within 24 hours of your order placement, you may have experienced a difficulty receiving it from the courier company. Sometimes these emails can appear in your junk email folder. However, if this is not the case, please email islaaustraliacontact@gmail.com with your name and order number to retrieve your tracking number.




Did my order go through?


Please check your email as an order confirmation will be sent through to you with your order details. If you have not received your order confirmation, please contact islaaustraliacontact@gmail.com and we provide further assistance with your order process.




Do we hold stock?


Due to the nature of an online store, our stock is continuously selling and so we are unable to hold or place stock aside for orders.




How long will take my order to arrive?


Your order delivery time is dependent on what delivery service you select. Standard shipping within Australia has an expected delivery time of 3-5 working days depending on your location. Express shipping has guaranteed next day delivery if your address is within the metropolitan area. If your address isn't in the metropolitan area, express shipping can take 2-3 working days. Please note your parcel is being sent from Perth so delivery times are relevant from this location. All orders placed before 2pm (AWST) are sent on the same day. If you would like to check delivery to your location, please refer to the Australia Post website. Shipping delivery times for international orders vary between countries.
